I Am 45 Yo Female. Has My Tonsils Removed At

I am 45 yo female. Has my tonsils removed at age 21. I had a tough recovery. The tonsils were necrotic. For the last few months I have had the same feeling I had when I had them removed. On one side. The ear and neck region feels sensitive and raw. I have gurgling in my ear periodically, and a ringing, almost like my ear shuts off for a few secs. If I have a headache, it's always on that side, which has been that way for years. And my sinus on that side seems to drain, and has what seems like a pocket that collects mucus. I can get a severe headache at times, and when I blow my nose and it comes out the headache will go away. The mucus is clear, but thick. I have been on 2 rounds of abx a few months ago for an inner ear infection, but it has not gone away. I don't have severe vertigo, I'm just not good with fast movements, I get car sick mostly. Thank you. Please advise.
