I Am 45 Yr Old Female And Have A Question

I am 45 yr old female and have a question regarding my thyroid. I take levothyroxin 100mcg and pantoprazole sodium 40mg 2x's daily and just had blood test done. the Dr said that my thyroid levels were off again and increased my levothyroxin to 125mcg. can taking the two drugs together be effecting my thyroid?
