I Am 45 Yrs Old And Treated With Mastectomy 1

I am 45 yrs old and treated with mastectomy 1 yr before. I do not have period for last one year.i got very weak after biopsy and having enormous pain in my lower liMBS as doctor suggested me to losen weight.i got very weak after operation. My doctor suggested me to go for laproscopic hysterectomy. is it alright or i can go with anti estrogen releasing injection.
