I Am 46 Have Had A Positive Ana On And

I am 46 have had a positive Ana on and off for years. It is positive now. Recently I've developed a rash that I need to take antihistamines to control. I'm constantly tired. My joints hurt and occasionally swell. I have thyroid condition called hashimotoitis. I seem to be more forgetful lately. My rheumatologist says I don't have lupus that I'm ok. I don't feel ok. She also said if I had a swollen finger the day I was in she may have diagnosed me. That confuses me. I just want answers.
