I Am 46 Years Old, I Have Been Having Problems

I am 46 years old, I have been having problems swallowing,no sore throat just hard to swallow. Feels kind of like scabs in bottom of throat. Sore tight neck and shoulders. My throat has felt like I have a lot of mucous. No cough. I do have a hiatal hernia but never had these symptoms.
