I Am 46 Years Old And For The Past Couple

I am 46 years old and for the past couple of months on and off I keep getting a small pimble on the left side if my clitoral Hood it itches and Burns it last a couple of days.. what is it? I am healthy and don't have stds haven't had sex in 4 years.. it always seems to come in the same spot
