I am 46 years old and have been detected with parotid adenoma. FNCA has also been done. Neck ultrasound too has confirmed it below my right ear. I had a right jaw tooth infection which I kept lingering on for a long time nearly two years and then I developed a right ear infection. it was when I went for treatment of the ear I realised there was this lymphnode swelling. its about 1.6 cm in diameter.
