I Am 46 Years Old, Had A Hysterectomy 23 Years

I am 46 years old, had a hysterectomy 23 years ago from fibroid tumors. I have not been sexually active with my husband....maybe every 6 months if I'm lucky...This is due to my current depression and anxiety. I have just experienced severe cramping...almost passed out...I only had a partial hysterectomy and would like to know why this happened...I only weigh 76lbs due to magor surgery when I was 19...They reomoved all of my esophogus and replaced it with my small intestine and I lost 90% of my stomach...Does this have to do to with lack of intercourse or could something else be wrong?
