I Am 46 Yrs Male Diagnosed With IgA Nephropathy HAAS

I am 46 yrs male diagnosed with IgA nephropathy HAAS Class lll, OxFORD CLASSiFICATION MOEOS1T1 , with 2.4gm protein per day and 40 to 50 RBC in urine ,1.5 creatinine level with no odema,120/80 BP managed by telma 40 BD.I weigh 65 kg,have sever obstructive sleep apnoea and currently on CPAP machine.Is streriods the only answer?Can homeopathy help and cure can this immune disorder be reversed
What is the best line of treatment for me?I am pre diaebatic 116/170 fasting and PP and on 1 gm metformin per day? What are chances of my recovery?
