I Am 47 A Female With A Good Job I

I am 47 a female with a good job I suffered from sever depression and anxiety last year after losing a baby and boyfriend left me. I got well again but just found out i am in trouble after failing to respond to a peeding ticket that was ent to my old address, i am so ashamed of myself for breaking the law i can feel so anxious and feel myself sinking into this terrible depression again
