I Am 47 Year Old , My Bp Was 160/95

I am 47 year old , my bp was 160/95 , I have been advised by doctor to take , 1. Cilakar 10 one tab , 2.nebicard 5 mg one tab daily. & 3.Nitrest 10 mg at bed time. Now bp reading is normal.but from last one month feeling slightly vibration in both hand and face. What to do?
