I Am 47 Years Of Age And Suffered My First

I am 47 years of age and suffered my first ocular migraine, then experiencing feeling as if warm water is being poured on my right thigh, bouts of dizziness, and I also have a feeling of vibration ..like my cell phone is on vibrate..I have a lot of stress in my life and have always carried it in my neck..which constantly hurts..help!
