I Am 47 Years Old And Had A Thermal Ablation

I am 47 years old and had a thermal ablation 7 years ago. I stopped having periods, with light spotting about once a year. For the last 10 days, I have been having a light period that doesn't stop. I am having heavy cramps along with this. I am very worried, as I do have cancer risk factors such as being obese and having insulin resistance. I'm hoping my problems are related to peri menopause; I have had forgetfulness and heart palpitations. Any incite would be appreciated. Thank you.
