I Am 47 Years Old And Have Mestitis Again For

I am 47 years old and have mestitis again for the third time this year in my left breast. My yearly mammograms continue to return normal. I also have some pain under my left arm but that pain has been going on for at least ten years. Of course, the pain is currently all the way down left arm and breast is red. Could this be some kind of cancer? I did have a normal blood work up in June from my general Dr.
