I Am 47 Years Old Have Suffered From Major Depression

I am 47 years old have suffered from major depression disorder and anxiety with panic attacks since my early 20's.Have seen multiple psychiatrists,have been prescribed so many medications and nothing is working.I even had a swap test done to show them all the meds i have been prescribed.I am tried of living like this.I also have high blood pressure and overweight and they seem to be prescribing meds that all have the side effects of weight gain.I don't know what to do?
