I Am 47 Yr Old Female Who Is Under A

I am 47 yr old female who is under a lot of stress I recently started to have very itchy skin especially on my face on my eyelids and chin area there is no drainage from the eyes and I have no vision changes the rash comes and goes I stopped wearing make up but the rash continues hydrocortisone 1% does not help I am also taking claritine everyday as well not sure what is going on
