I Am 47 Yrs Of Age, I Had A Hysterectomy

I am 47 yrs of age, I had a hysterectomy and bladder tuck when I was 25. I was status post c-section, 5 months and was having a lot of bleeding with clots. When surgery was done I had cervical and ovarian cancer. I now find random occasions where I leak significant amounts of urine. I have no urge to urinate, I just suddenly start pouring.
