I Am 48 Going 49 By December. I Development Irregular

I am 48 going 49 by December. I development irregular menses two years ago and was diagnosed of silent ovaries with PCOS. Now my menses has stopped and I am a TTC patient with salpingitis and hormonal imbalance for several years. I need help in getting my menses back and conceiving. I have been advised due to age to go for IVF but I cannot affort it but my faith if strong that I can still make it
