I Am 48 Was Told Have Degenerative Disease Cost Me

I am 48 was told have degenerative disease cost me 400 for a doctor to tell me that alot of nerve pain in spin shoulders legs face hands arms ,I recently experience fib malage .have no insurance just wandering in one of u docs.need a lab rat .alot of ache deep pain too.makes me very I'll sleep ,no.another question is why does the bottom of my spine feels like it's drop and going to come out close to but area. Sorry yall just country
