I Am 48 Years Of Old, Had A Tubal By

I am 48 years of old, had a tubal by the age of 20 in 1998. I have never been late other than the two times I was pregnant. I am currently experiencing the normal things that h happens prior to my period, as a matter of fact the cramps this go around has been unbearable. Can I still have the cramps and other normal symptoms and be pregnant or going through the perimenopause?
