I Am 48 Years Old I Have Been Smoking Marijuana

I am 48 years old I have been smoking marijuana for about 20 years U of pain clinic in Meridian for about 8 years they wanted me to give them a drug sample I refuse to they told me I would have to find another doctor to write my prescriptions I have a bad back and neck problems what am I supposed to do if you can help me please let me know
