I Am 48 Years Old, Male, Height 5'8" Weight =

I am 48 years old, Male, Height 5'8" weight = 148 lbs. I stay physically active and work out about 5 to 6 days a week for about an hour on average (i.e. run, swim, bike, lift weights). I have been on 20 mg of simvastatin for several years, 81 mg aspirin, I take a multi-vitamin, also B-complex, 5,000 IU's of Vitamin D, and take like 250mg of red yeast rice. I recently started getting these frequent "wave-like" feelings in my head (since Monday 09/05/16 until now 09/08/16). No pain anywhere in my head/neck/eyes and no dizziness. I am still able to work-out (i.e. run 7.5 miles in an hour, lift weights, ride bike 20 miles in an hour, etc...). I still have an appetite and able to work. I know I could drink more water, and probably need more sleep. I did have an event about 3 months ago where my vision was going "blurry" in the left lower quadrant one night. No pain anywhere. I took 2 aspirin (adult dosage) and went to bed. The next morning it did not show up again and hasn't since. Not sure what this is.
