I Am 49 ..no Appendix..been Suffering For 3 Months Major

I am 49 ..no appendix..been suffering for 3 months major pain in lower back, mid stomache, right side upper and lower of stomach. my stool is jet black..diarea then constipation. I am normally very active, but this has caused my hole body to be in pain from head to toe. weak..nauseated, gas..please help
