I Am 49, On Lots Of Medication, I Have MS,

I am 49, on lots of medication, I have MS, arthritis, I have had many procedures for the back but nothing works, I have recently had radio frequency and it seems things got worse, one of my meds is giving me dry mouth, I am having trouble sleeping, wt loss... 139 in May and now 120... Getting worried, my dr is just not listening, I also have pain pump in for the constant pain for my back, any suggestions
