I Am 49 Yrs Old Man, Married 10 Yrs Before

I am 49 yrs old man, married 10 yrs before my wife is 39 yrs old, my wife is failed to conceive, according to gynecologist advises we have taken all reports and informed no problems was fund on our test.
now we both on prays only. But i have a doubt on my left testicle because its little bit big then other, pls. advise its a problem for pregnancy?
