I Am 4stage Ovarian Cancer And On Hospice. I Started

I am 4stage ovarian cancer and on hospice. I started taking flecainaid because I had afib a few months ago- 1-am. 2-pm.and that stopped it. Two weeks ago I had afib 4days in a row so I took 2.(50mg) am and 2(50mg) pm. That worked and I stopped having afib. I had a friend coming so I started taking just 1 (50mg) in am and 1 (50mg) in pm. 3 to 4 days later I became very dizzy, nauseous extreme fatigue. My hospice nurse said it was because I should have tapered off. I slept all day yesterday and today- day 2 is also not looking good. How long will it take to feel better? Can you just give a very short answer ?
