I Am 5 Days Past Period Date. Last Month It

I am 5 days past period date. Last month it was one day late but was only for 2 days. My boobs hurting, i am urinating very frequently and acidity is not letting me sleep. Did a pregnancy test 3 days past period date n it was negative. Last year was treated for adenomyosis. Wondering if i am pregnant or its some other gynae problem. ??? Pls help
