I Am 5 Weeks Pregnant, Got A Positive Test Few

I am 5 weeks pregnant, got a positive test few days ago. I am feeling lower abdominal pain that seems to come from around ovaries, especially the right one. When I touch the area I can feel it pulsating. I also have lower back pain which comes and goes. The abdominal pain Is more intense today. the other symptoms I feel are breast tenderness and light nausea. Is this pain normal or should i worry? I am planning to set an appointment with my doctor next week. i had a hcg shot to trigger ovulation due to some fertility problems - FSH 10.6 at age 32.
