I Am 50 And Female. Have Been On 1/2 Tablet

I am 50 and female. Have been on 1/2 tablet Toprol XL 25, lisinopril/hctz 20/25, clonidine 1, and lipitor 20 and occasionally a furosemide . My doctor wanted me to monitor my blood pressure since July 15 th. It has been normal to 161/112 but mainly 145/101 typical but normal was 134/94. I am going through menapause but still ovulate. Have been obese since having children age 20, 292 lbs 5'2". I am not very active with excerising due to laziness and knee issue. What may be causing this increase in both blood pressure numbers? Also my doctor put me on Glucophage XL 500 when she did an a1c test which was 6.4. Thank you!
