I Am 50 Years Old Totally Exhausted All The Time

I am 50 years old totally exhausted all the time no energy no sexual desire I foul sleep all day get up and still exhausted test done potassium ok and testrone. Like 380 I'm not depressed just feel exhausted all the time I'm 6ft 1. Like 270 stated to work out to lose like 70lbs but I just feel horrible all the time no energy I don't sleep all night restless but feel like I haven't got any sleep once I get up I've had like 3 sets of blood work all is normal
