I Am 50 Years Old With Osteoporosis And Early Menopause

I am 50 years old with osteoporosis and early menopause at 45 y/o. I had a parathyroid gland removed 2 years ago and with prolia and that surgery i gain some density in hip and back. 2 years later and 3 prolia shots later..no bone loss and a mild bump up in hip and spine.
1) can i continue to see an increase in density?
I do weightbearing and walking.
2) does prolia promote bone strength/increase?
3) if i stop taking prolia will i potentially go back to bone loss?
