I Am 50 Yr Old Female- I Have Been Having

I am 50 yr old female- I have been having pain on the left side of my belly button as well as pain in my abdomen, upper and lower- I had a stool sample done and it showed no blood or anything. I have had 4 surgeries (c-sections-2 and tubal pregancies-2). Any help on this? thank you
