I Am 50 Yr. Old Female With Hard Braided Painless

I am 50 yr. old female with hard braided painless lump at bottom inside low. Thank you
er calf that has extremely developed muscles. I also had a motorcycle wound left of tibia 43 years ago and have had varicose veins there for many years. both sides of family have had thrombosis. I have no insurance, what to do and I read not to try to massage it away. any help would be most appreciated
