I Am 50 Yrs Old, Post Menopausal 14 Years Now.

I am 50 yrs old, post menopausal 14 years now. Have suffered from extreme vaginal dryness for the entire 14 years. Suddenly have extreme vaginal wetness, to the point that my pajamas are soaked in the morning and I can feel a gush of liquid rushing out of my vagina when I stand. All clear (slightly yellowish, but barely), and I also have what appear to be clear clots that fall into the toilet during the day. Not mucous (I've had the ovulation mucous in the past so am aware of that) - this is more like a clear clot. Should I be worried? It's been going on for 9 days now. Very annoying, as I have to wear pads all day... after 14 years of not having to use anything of the sort!
