I am 50 yrs old smoker over weight and female last week I developed a lump on the top of my right foot and now every two hours my foot cramps up and I have to walk on it to relieve the pain I have had X-rays and it's not broken I also have psoriasis and a touch of authorities. What can I do to alleviate the pain or cut down on the spasms
