I Am 50years Old. The Date Of My Last Period

I am 50years old. The date of my last period was October 2014. After about 4-5months, I started experiencing a lot of menopause symptoms. After not finding a natural solution, I was prescribed Prometrim tablets and Estradoil gel which I started taking in July last year. Today, for the first time in a year and a half i started spotting. Should I be concerned?
