I Am 51, I Was At The Beach Last Saturday

I am 51, I was at the beach last Saturday and received a light but itchy sunburn. I noticed the next day that my body mainly chest and shoulders hurt when I sneeze.

I thought it was the sunburn but the burn is not so irritated anymore. Do you have any idea what could cause this pain?
