I Am 51 And Under A Dr. Care For High

I am 51 and under a Dr. care for high blood pressure and take heart meds. I have a job where I sit at a computer or talk to small groups of children, not a strenuous job. Today I had a sudden experience of extreme sweating, stomach pain and mild dizziness. I knelt on the floor with my head down for a few minutes and it got better. Are those symptoms of heart attack, or something else?
