I Am 51 Year Old Female. I Am Certain I

I am 51 year old female. I am certain I am pre menopausal. I will not have period for 2 or 3 months, but then have one that is fairly normal with clotting. This last time it has been extremely heavy with heavy clotting, and has lasted over 4 weeks so far. I know I am getting anemic. My energy is draining, and I'm tired all the time. Is there a supplement I can take to stop this?
