I Am 51 Year Old Female I Am Having Hot

I am 51 year old female I am having hot flashes at nite and wake up with sweat behind my knees...I often have a feverish clammy feeling through out the day ...I am recovering from a cold / bronchitis since December it is now the end of january..I have had 2 shots in the behind 2 rx of Biaxin and still I have a cough and clammy feeling ..do I need to be concerned this is something more?
