I Am 51 Years Of Age. I Went 41 Days

I am 51 years of age. I went 41 days without a period and then it started sept.28th and hasn't stopped. I also had a very large clot that looked about the size of a 50 cent piece and have had a few several since. I get tired easy now. I have read that I should see doctor if it last longer then 35 days.
