I Am 51 Years Old And For The Most Part

I am 51 years old and for the most part have had clear skin my whole life. Most recently I've had a few pimples turn up on my cheeks and was thinking it could be mild rosachia but 2 weeks ago I had a pimple on my thigh, then one on my lower back and it feels like one is forming on my butt cheek. My mom said she read something about this in the paper last week, but could not find the article. Any insight?
