I Am 51 Years Old And Have Been Having Shoulder

I am 51 years old and have been having shoulder pain for over a year now. I've been to the er several times, have been through physical therapy, did the accupunture, and on several different medications and creams.sometimes the pain is unbearable and lots of times the pain goes from my left shoulder to the back side of the top part of my arm and even to the side of my left breast. My doctor says pinched nerve. I cannot stand this pain anymore. Should i get a second opinion or is there a solution to take away the pain?
