I Am 51 Years Old And Have Had My Gall

I am 51 years old and have had my gall bladder taken out several years ago. The reason for the removal was pain on my right side under my ribs. Even after the removal I still have pains after eating certain foods and drinking cold drinks. I do have diarrhea often. Was told to not eat any dairy. Diarrhea has been foamy sometimes. Coud this be celiacs disease?
