I Am 51 Yrs Old And For The Past 2

I am 51 yrs old and for the past 2 two year have had difficult with breathing and regularly have wheeze and I am breathless. I struggle with day to day life and feel down , at present I am taking nebulisers and steroids and still struggling.
I have x Ray and sputum tested both coming back clear and show no infection.
I take medication for pain and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, my G.P say I have Brittle Asthma .
I feel tired and frustrated not knowing the answer.
Please can you help
