I Am 52 , I Had A Uterine Embelation Done

I am 52 , I had a uterine embelation done 5 years ago, just had blood work done showing I'm in post menupause , the last few months I have been experiencing daily cramping and bloating like my period wants to start . I also have uterine fibroids could these be causing the cramping and bloating ? My stomach looks like I am pregnant
