I Am 52 Male I Had Throat Cancer 3years Ago

I am 52 male I had throat cancer 3years ago . No primary found. I had it all ,neck disection chemo and radiation . I've been fine but recently on a number of occasions I have had red blood in my stools looks like possibly tissue of some kind too.
I'm not loosing weight and have no stomach pain
