I Am 52 Year Old Male, 6'3" And 200lbs. I

I am 52 year old male, 6'3" and 200lbs. I have a very low heart rate of 39 - usually 50-52 beats. I exercise regularly and have always had good blood pressure - 120/80. I went to a health clinic today and I was told my resting heart rate was 39 beats per minute. The doctor did an ECG report said Sinus bradycardia with 1st degree A-V block. Lead(s) unsuitable for analysis: V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6. Possible inferior infarct
