I Am 52 Years Old And Postmenopausal . My Last

I am 52 years old and postmenopausal . My last period was 2007. I live in northern Canada where the temperature in the summertime doesn't usually go above 85 Fahrenheit. My last visit to Las Vegas Nevada was three years ago. When I got off the plane the temperature was 104 Fahrenheit in less than 5 minutes I couldn't stand being outside I went numb and tingly in my legs and hands I got severe chest pains I felt like I couldn't breathe I went back in the airport and it was cool and I was totally fine. I had to leave the airport again to get on our shuttle bus when it arrived I couldn't cool down thought I was dying severe chest pain hard to breathe numb all over Arrived at our hotel got in there as quick as I could I was totally fine again. Few days later in Las Vegas we were at the outlet stores shopping after 2 hours of being in and out of the stores same thing happened again . Went into the food court thought I needed to eat didn't help me. It took about an hour until I started to feel better stayed in the food fair took a cab back to the hotel once we got in the Hotel I was fine again. When I returned to Canada I went to my doctor he sent me for a heart test and I went and saw my neurologist because I have epilepsy which I have been seizure-free for 15 years they didn't know what was wrong with me. My doctor narrowed it down to just being heat intolerant and to stay out of extreme heat. So now I'm very scared to go on any holidays again where the temperature would exceed in the 90s or higher. Until yesterday at work I was totally fine and then I got a little flutter in my upper chest and I felt like I was fading away like I was going to pass out. It only lasted about 15 seconds . I went and sat down had some yogurt it happened again I felt like I was fading away I was going numb and tingly On My Feet I never fainted but I did go into emergency they checked my heart they did all sorts of blood work. The test all came back fine except he said my red blood count was low I believe it was 89. The doctor at mergency said you need to go see your family doctor and he should put you on some iron. I went to the pharmacy today and bought some iron pills as I can't get into my doctor for two weeks. I've been doing a bit of research today on the internet and found out there is a connection between heat intolerance and low iron deficiency. I was just wondering if you have heard of this before mine is very extreme.
