I Am 52 Years Old Female Who Has Had Itchy

I am 52 years old female who has had itchy skin on my legs followed by bruising, I have lots of joint pain in my knees and hands, I feel like I have a UTI but the test are normal. I did have some blood work done and my MCHC was low 31.5 my RDW was high 15.7 my WBC was 20-40 High and my bacteria level was moderate 26-50. Can you give me a diagnosis?
